WinZip

Question:
I don't have WinZip on my computer. Where do I get WinZip and how much does  it cost?
Answer:
You can download a trial version of WinZip from winzip.com for free. You can use the trial version to "unzip" High Jump Coach 2010^TM and call it a day. However, once you discover what WinZip does, you may want to register your copy, which costs $29.95. It's up to you.

Installation Wizard

Question:
Do I have to install High Jump Coach 2010^TM in the directory suggested by the installation wizard?
Answer:
No, you can put it in any directory you wish. The only requirement is that all of the files that come with the program must be in the same directory. If you put them in separate directories the Help menu will not be able to find them.

Email Issues

Question:
I can't get my email to accept the attachment. What should I do?
Answer:
Some email setups don't like WinZip files as attachments.  (Even more dislike executable files, which is the reason I use WinZip files.) In addition, some email setups don't like large attachments. If you are unable to resolve the problem with your internet service provider, you can contact me at gsstone50@gmail.com and I will arrange for an alternate method of delivery for High Jump Coach 2010^TM.
